Terms of Service
The agreement between you and us when you use Judisyn.
Last updated 8 August 2026
1. These terms
These terms govern your use of Judisyn, operated by Alltures Advisory Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a firm, chambers or other organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. Judisyn does not give legal advice
Judisyn is a research tool. Nothing on the platform — including search results, summaries, headnotes, extracted principles or answers to questions — constitutes legal advice, and no solicitor–client or barrister–client relationship is created by using it.
You remain professionally responsible for your own work. Before relying on any authority you find here, verify it against the official report or the court's own published text, and check that it has not been overruled, distinguished or subsequently appealed.
3. AI-generated output
Some features use large language models to summarise judgments, extract legal principles and answer questions. These models can be wrong. They can misstate a holding, attribute a passage to the wrong judge, or produce a citation that looks plausible but is inaccurate.
We therefore provide AI output on an "as is" basis, without warranty as to accuracy or completeness, and every citation, quotation and proposition generated by AI must be checked against the primary source before use — particularly before it goes into advice, pleadings or submissions to a court. Courts have sanctioned practitioners for filing fabricated citations, and responsibility for what you file is yours.
4. Case law, legislation and coverage
Judgments and legislation on the platform are public records obtained from third-party sources. We take care over ingestion, but we do not warrant that the corpus is complete, current or free from error, and transcription or formatting differences from the official version are possible.
Our coverage is limited and we publish exactly what it includes on the court coverage page, with figures read from the live database. Please check that page before treating a search as exhaustive; the absence of a case from Judisyn does not mean it does not exist.
Case law and legislation remain subject to the rights of their original publishers, including Crown copyright where it applies. We claim no ownership of them.
5. Your account
- You must give accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
- Accounts are for one named individual. Do not share your credentials, and contact us about multi-user access if your organisation needs it.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically copy the corpus, or use automated means to extract data other than through an API we have given you access to;
- resell, redistribute or make the service available to anyone outside your subscription;
- reverse engineer the platform, or use it to build or train a competing product or model;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts or our infrastructure, or probe or test its security without our written permission;
- place a disproportionate load on the service or interfere with its operation;
- upload unlawful content, or content you are not entitled to enter; or
- remove or obscure any attribution, citation or copyright notice.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section.
7. Content you enter
You keep ownership of the notes, diary entries and other content you enter. You grant us only the licence needed to store and display it back to you as part of running the service. You are responsible for ensuring you may lawfully enter it, including where it contains client information, and for complying with your own duties of confidentiality and professional conduct. How we handle that content is set out in our Privacy Policy.
8. Subscriptions and payment
- Plans, features and prices are shown on our pricing page. Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT unless stated.
- Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand.
- Payment is taken through Stripe. By subscribing you accept their processing of your card details.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund part-used periods except where the law requires it.
- Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel first.
- We may change prices for future periods and will give at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers before doing so.
If you are a consumer rather than a business, nothing here affects your statutory cancellation rights.
9. Availability
We aim to keep Judisyn available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance, and we may change, add or withdraw features. If we withdraw something material to a paid plan we will give reasonable notice.
10. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law:
- the service is provided without implied warranties of any kind;
- we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss;
- we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on search results or AI output that you have not verified against the primary source; and
- our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or £100 if you are on a free plan.
If you use the service for professional purposes, you are responsible for maintaining your own professional indemnity cover.
11. Our intellectual property
The platform itself — its software, design, branding and the structure and enrichment of our database — belongs to us or our licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own legal research for as long as your subscription lasts, and nothing more.
12. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time from Profile & Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, if payment fails, or if we are required to by law. On termination your right to use the service ends; the sections on liability, intellectual property and governing law survive.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will notify account holders of material changes. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
